Your Road to Development – Hosted by MEDC

Michigan Economic Development Corporation is hosting a free webinar series called “Talk to Me” for individuals interested in investing in their communities and expanding their knowledge of MEDC resources. In their first webinar, “Your Road to Development,” you’ll gain knowledge of MEDC’s community development tools, including the Build MI Community Grant Initiative, a new tool that provides access to real estate development gap financing for small scale, incremental redevelopment projects. Additionally, you will hear from two real estate developers, as they explore their respective journeys into real estate development, paths to growing their firms, and advice they have for new developers. Their discussion aims to inspire those new to the development world and provide insight into accessing MEDC tools that could help them with their very own project.

You are encouraged to attend if you are a local business and/or building owners, entrepreneurs seeking to enter the real estate market, and/or real estate developers who are looking to scale up into more complex projects.
